EVENTS/VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Now that the 2010 mid-term election cycle is beginning, we will provide information on specific opportunities for volunteering as they become available. In the interim, there are several ways to get involved and stay active in the Republican Party:
TAKE ACTION!
- Join the local Republican Party, affiliated Republican clubs or organizations.
- Write letters to the editor, call in to radio talk shows and e-mail media outlets.
- Work to promote the party platform through grassroots efforts.
- Donate your time or money to the Republican Party, affiliated clubs or organizations.
"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the first step into a thousand years of darkness. If we fail, at least let our children and our children's children say of us we justified our brief moment here. We did all that could be done."
President Ronald Reagan, Oct. 27, 1964
Location and date to be determined
The Escambia County Republican Executive Committee is pleased to announce that we will have our 2010 Lincoln Day Dinner celebration in the next few months. Although a final confirmation from our featured guest speaker needs to be obtained before a formal accouncement can be made, be assured that our guest speaker is...here's your hint....an energized young candidate for federal office that draws a crowd wherever he goes!
At this point, we anticipate that tickets to the dinner will be $50 each with all proceeds benefiting the local Republican Party.
